So close but so far…

So I’ve lost about 33lbs (15kg) in the last 4 months.
I’m hoping to lose another 3 or so to get my first goal by my birthday in October. That is about 6 weeks from now.

After that… I’d like to get down to my lowest adult weight again which would be about another 10kg from where I am now.

Saying I get to my goal by my birthday… I wonder if New Years is too big of a push to lose an additional 7kg…?

I guess I shouldn’t be in that much of a rush but its nice to set timely goals… once I hit that weight I’d be happy to maintain. Its SO SO close especially considering that this time last year I was 46lb (22kg) heavier than I am now. I’m 2/3rds of the way done… I LOVE being able to fit (a little) tightly into my own clothes and actually fit in stuff in stores here (albiet the biggest size)

All I’ve really done is cut down on rice/breads and try and stick to a low calorie diet. Its been difficult to exercise so I’m still a bit flabby though… but at least the numbers are moving.
